Prior to ordering, I was able to reach out to their customer service through email – and received an immediate response! They were able to verify (using my address) that if I chose expedited shipping, I should receive the item within 3 days. I actually receive the item in 2 days! Couldn’t be happier with the customer service – or the dress! Would definitely recommend this company!
